Vitrine - Display Cabinet

Beautiful antique vitrine or display cabinet - originally used as a filing cabinet at a "notaire" - notary office. Great for the kitchen, dining room or as a bookcase. The vitrine consists of two pieces, an upper and a lower part, so it is easier to transport. The three doors in the upper part still has the original drawn glass that gives it a very vivant expression. The vitrine has 9 adjustable shelves in the upper part and room for 6 shelves in the lower part - but the number and placing of shelves can be changed. Over the three lower doors, small tabletops can be pulled out for extra storage space. Manufactured by Soubrier, a Paris based furniture manufacturer.
