Pot à Confiture - Jam Jar

Very decorative antique porcelain jam jar from the Belgian company Mirland & Co Pates de Fruits Frameries Confiture. The jar has an ornamented trim around the edges and an equally decorative blue company's mark under the rich white glaze. The jar is perfect in the kitchen for salt, small utensils or for holding the fresh herbs. The size of the jar and the blue color on the Mirland & Co stamp varies slightly according to when it was manufactured - ca. 1890 up to ca. 1920.
